I think you're missing the point. Cows are going to poop anyway. Now we can make electricity from it, give farmers another source of income (not to mention the final waste product is recycled into cow bedding saving each farm about $100k annually from buying wood chips) keep them in business and ...

Keep in mind that Bush offered mortgage reform in '03 and Barney Frank called him a racist because he only wanted to loan money to 'rich white guys'. 'Just give the poor and under privileged a chance'. That's how we got here. Not to mention those bums passing that 1100 page doc that nobody read.
