About Me:

I love physical science.. so much so I spent most of my life working in science and technology. I have a PhD in atomic physics, and BS degrees in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.

You can also contact me at http://drjohnscience.blogsp...

I am here to try to explain abstract concepts in as simple a way as I possibly can, the goal is to connect the furthest and inner most edges of reality to our human framework.

Amazing stuff here!! I wonder if we could link your science of physics to the science of attraction in my project?!

Hi, I'm in the middle of an astronomy course, but I just can't get my head around how they monitor the sun's rotation. I know it has something to do with sunspots, but then apparently the spinning of the interior of the sun is monitored seperately, which doesn't seem to make sense. And also parts of the sun rotate at different rates. Could you simplify this for me, as I'm finding it very difficult to get anyone to explain it in a sort of astronomy for dummies style :) thanks.

Hi!
Liked your balanced and informed video on global warming.
I would suggest that you watch "recent evidence for reduced climate sensitivity" by Roy Spencer.
He published a report in 2007 that demonstrates mathematically that the computer models are completely incorrect when it comes to high cirrus clouds and their influence on the "greenhouse effect" and there would be an actual cooling effect in the models if they incorporated this observation and then increased CO2.
