Thank you so much for sharing your work (play?) here. James Jamerson's one finger technique was just a myth for me, I thought he could only do it because he was a legend, but seeing you do gave me the courage to give it a shot. And you know it sounds better... much better than the two-finger Pastorius technique I was trying before. Jamerson's technique is quicker than switching fingers, and I can isolate the string above and below for a clearer sound. Thanks a for demystifying Jamerson's great work and spreading the secrets of his genius. The bass is better for it.
