Simultaneously, ITVFest provides local, national and international artistic communities with a public forum for independently produced television pilots and webseries

I just heard about this today upon reading an email I got yesterday and Gee! The deadline for receiving webisodes snail mailed is today. I guess I would have entered if I had known sooner. There isn't an uploader is there? I'll double check. My email doesn't even work anymore here so post a comment on my site if you want! Good luck.
