Dear Dr. Henley,
I've been suffering from panic disorder and agoraphobia (self-diagnose) for years. I've been trying to improve my condition through various means. Your video clips on panic disorder really helped me a lot. I have not seen any psychiatrist in the past. Your lecture is sort of the only counselling from a professional that I have ever received. I do feel encouraged and enlightened. Words can not express my gratitude especially my first language is not English. I learnt from one of the clips that you want to reach an audience as large as possible; I can at least tell you that your message has reached the city of Nanjing, in the People's Republic of China. You may not fully anticipate the significance of your actions, but you are changing the lives of a lot of people, including mine. For that, I thank you. |

Thank you for posting the clips. I am greatly indebted. Finally, an educated insight into poor mental health and those who have it . We could all do better for our fellow man!
