I'm just here going on and on about my weight loss. The numbers keep changing so I won't even list what I've lost so far. It'll just be outdated by the end of the week, anyway, not that I'm complaining.

I hope my videos help other people with insulin resistance (PCOS, Syndrome X, Diabetes, etc...) issues to lose weight as I have done. It's definitely possible, you just have to work at it. If its something you really want though, you'll do it.

Aside from all that, one of these days I want to get out and make some fun stuff too. It may be a while, but eventually I'm sure I'll do it.
