They must do it for themself and be accountable to themselves, nobody else. This is true inspiration.

And the TRUE person who inspires another person, creates this inspiration that remains permenant. Not temporary.

When you boil it down, somebody needs to find that motivation in themselves... nobody else. Do you understand what I am saying?

You are talking in circles when talking to her and all over the place. You need to work on getting your point across in a straight line, not circles and beating all around the bush...

Your results will be more effective if you learn to develop these skills a little bit better...

Jumping rope as an exercise for weight loss is a great idea - I'm just not very good at it.

I feel like I can relate to what other people have gone through. I've been chubby my whole life.. my schoolmates even call me "bubbles" and I had "man boobs". I knew I was moving on a right track. This channel inspired me to keep on what I'm doing for my body. I hope it touches more people.
