"KURI-KINTON" is derived from chestnuts and sweet mashed potato.(His parents keep a japanese-style confection store!)

His fox mask closely relates to the Japanese old religion.

Inari (also called Oinari or Oinari-sama) is the god/goddess of rice and the harvest, and is popularly associated with the FOX deity, said to be Inari's messenger.

FOX mask is sold as a party or festival mask.
