hey man the 10/10 intervals been going great.

But i noticed something. Back when i use to do regular cardio workouts...i use to burn 300 cals (says on machine) but doing 10/10 it says i burnt 130cals.

Does this mean i was burning more using regular cardio?
PLease hit me up.

hey i managed to get enough stability and strength in my knee to do your quick workout loss to lose 15 pounds n i cud defo feel the burn!
These vids are great but i heard tht building biceps and doing bicep curls and necessarily the best way to get big arms so could you maybe enlighten me a little bit more on this?sorry if this question is pointless to you..

Thanks for the vids and info Adrian. I've lost 21 lbs using your methods so far (from 263 to 242) and just this morning was able to run 2 miles without stopping to rest for the first time. You are the man!

10/10 intervals are just "advanced harcore" intervals and any type of interval is good for fast weight loss and as you get in more shape youll have to do 10/10 to get results

you can add time but once you start getting over 20-30 min - you may want to increase the intensity to make it intense or hard enouhg to make you only want to do it for 10-30min

1 thing i really want to know is, you speak alot about regular intervals, the ones with hard parts and easy parts and leave out the 10/10 interval workout. Is 10/10 the better 1 in terms of faster weight loss, cause i dont care if its harder or nething as long as its possible then its aight.
Please clarify man.

Oh yeah um 1 more thing, is it good for me to raise the time of the workout by 1 min each alternate day?

Okay - 1-2 times a day 3-4 times a week

Only total calories and how intensee and how much you workout effect weight loss so NO...

The time you eat really does not matter as long as you dont overeat but go ahead and relax and cheat on the holidays and have fun with your family

i just finished my morning workout (13 min) and i gotta say theres no way that i can do that again....
i barely could use arms to take a shower.

You think its good for me to make like a notpad say what i ate at which meals on each day?
Also, does it matter like if i eat breakfast 9am one day..then the next day i eat at 10.
Because, its holidays over here n like i sleep at 1am so like..by the time i do my exercise n that...today i ate my breakfast at like 11am so would this affect my weight loss?
