El mandatario venezolano Hugo Chávez ordenó este domingo la expropiación de varios edificios ubicados alrededor de la Plaza Bolívar de Caracas. Al inicio de su Aló, Presidente de este domingo. Chávez simplemente dio la orden ¡exprópiese! señalando varias edificaciones. Este gesto lo repitió con varias estructuras ubicadas alrededor de la Plaza, reiterando su orden de expropiarlas. Al parecer, estas medidas se han tomado sobre edificaciones con valor histórico, especialmente si guardan relación con Simón Bolívar. Tenemos que convertir esto en un gran centro histórico, sentenció el mandatario.
