Jason Hanson's extra point sealed the Lions' dramatic win. Game ball Stafford shook off a left shoulder injury suffered on the game's second-to-last play to throw the game-winning touchdown pass in obvious pain on the next play. It was Stafford's fifth touchdown pass of the day, making him the first rookie QB to accomplish that feat since 1950. Stafford finished with 422 yards and two interceptions on 26 of 43 passing.
