Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building, is set to open on Monday in Dubai amid tight security. The 160-floor tower will be looking down at a city struggling with an economic crisis. As Al Jazeera's Dan Nolan reports, the building's opening is seen as part of an effort to salvage Dubai's reputation. But will the so-called superscraper attract enough business?
