How did he get the game already!?
--Some distributors have been selling the game early, although that's not legal, it's still happening. As well as some kids have been downloading torrents of it that can only be played on modded 360's.
Is the M40 not in this game?
--Nope, the M40 sniper rifle from Modern Warfare 1 is not in this game. Get over it, stop crying that you cant run around trying to do ur 360 no scopes from across the maps. I'm sure you'll be just fine with the snipers that are included.
