These three animatronic heads are part of an art piece being sold at Art Basel Miami Beach 2009 for $75,000. The heads are connected to servos behind the mold of the artist's face that are controlled by a computer. Now that the conspiracy theorists have blown off steam, it's time for a more sober analysis of those e-mails and what they mean. I can't go through all of them, there are far too many, and . So I've taken the two that seem to be getting conspiracy theorists most worked up -- Phil Jones's e-mail about "Mike's Nature trick" and Kevin Trenberth's e-mail about a "travesty." I'm glad to see that skeptic websites that cover the science understand what these e-mails actually mean. As you'll see, very few commentators who jumped on the conspiracy bandwagon even before reading the e-mails mandged to get it right.

This past week I met Gabe from Cobra Starship and he challenged me via twitter to a dance off at the jingle ball show in Sacramento with The End. Because of my broken foot i couldnt thrash him..haha..so i decided to just play the drums a little bit instead. Playing the drums and using a broken foot on the pedal isnt easy so i dont know how "epic" this solo was but it was worth it. Gabe is the man and everyone in Cobra Starship are great people and we all had a lot of fun.
