日本人を嘗めきった不良白人どもへ大和魂の鉄槌を下せ ＜民間防衛隊が不逞外国人の山手線ジャックを粉砕！＞ ハローウィンと称した外国人の交通妨害を二度と許すな 毎年のことだが、１０月末に不良白人どもが山手線に乗り込み、乗客らに絡む、女性にまとわりつくなどやりたい放題の 交通妨害と迷惑行為を繰り返している。 交通妨害と迷惑行為、つまりこれは歴とした犯罪である。電車内の照明灯をたたき壊す横暴など数え上げたらきりがなく 、日本人の乗客は怯えきっている。にもかかわらずＪＲと日本の警察は外人のお祭りとしてこれを半ば放置する怠慢を重ねてきた。何事も初期の対応を誤れば取り返しがつかない。交通妨害を容認する対応は治安の破壊行為へ加担する行為と言って良く、不逞外国人の思い上がりを助長させるだけだ。 彼らの行為はハローウィンと称した治安を脅かす交通テロ行為に他ならなず、これを放任など到底看過できない。警察が 「国民の生命・財産・安全」を守る上で当てにならないとすれば、一国民が力を合わせて立ち上がる以外方法はない。 ３１日（土）、我々はハローウィンと称した外国人の山手線ジャック予告をを粉砕するため、新宿西口にて民間防衛隊を旗揚げ、日本人を嘗めきった不良白人へ、「日本人を嘗めるな！」の警告を発した。 不逞外国人らは、＜『語る』運動から『行動する』運動へ＞の自主警備をを察知し、例年続けてきたハローウィンにまつ わる破壊活動を取りやめた。しかし、我々は決して手を緩めないし、二度とハローウィンと称した外国人の交通妨害を許さないぞ。

On October 14, Lord Christopher Monckton gave a presentation in St. Paul, MN on the subject of global warming. In this 4-minute excerpt from his speech, he issues a dire warning to all Americans regarding the United Nations Climate Change Treaty that is scheduled to be signed in Copenhagen in December 2009. His comments appear to be based upon his interpretation of the The Supremacy Clause in the US Constitution (Article VI, paragraph 2). This clause establishes the Constitution, Federal Statutes, and U.S. TREATIES as the supreme law of the land. Concerns have been raised in the past that a particularly ambitious treaty may supersede the US Constitution. In the 1950s, a constitutional amendment, known as the Bricker Amendment, was proposed in response to such fears, but it failed to pass. The judge found in-favor of Monckton, ordering 9 serious errors in the film to be corrected. Lord Monckton travels internationally in an attempt to educate the public about the myth of global warming.
