hey; i'm monica 13 year old; and wanting to lose weight before entering highschool : i do 45 mins of cardio i have workout dvds and i do them everyday; i really want to get a flat stomach. and i drink water everyday and i drink it now and i don't drink anything else; also this is my 4th week. Do you think i could acheive my goal?

hey i hope u reply bak to this message. i liked ur video how to get a flat stomach. i was just wondering i started running everyday for 45 mins and ill do that for a month. and i drink a lot of water also and diet. i was wondering HOW long do i have to do this to start seeing results.??? i dont have a huge fat stomach just a small ugly pudge lol. so i hope u can help me out....thx♥
