That Green Gentleman. (The way I see it). The toy that the kid plays with in the beginning. Each new (and smaller) doll was a new age. The smaller the younger they got. Thts when Panic at the Disco came out. And then the child version of themselves came out of them. When they say 'Things have changed for me' they are saying they are getting older. I guess Panic at the Disco are trying to be cool to the younger age groups as they are getting older. When they say 'I feel the same' I think they meant they still feel like kids even when they're like 90 years old as the ending of the music video shows. I have no idea y its called That Green Gentleman.

Alright. The song Nine in the Afternoon is about getting high. That's pretty much wht the video was based off of. Getting high. So they put a bunch of crazy crap on that video. I forgot about That Green Gentleman. I'll look at it and get back to u on tht one.
