Thank you for posting these videos! I haven't officially been diagnosed with IC; my doctor thought I might have it and referred me to a urologist for an appointment this coming monday. I've had some of the symptoms and flareups since June 2009 and I'm almost positive it will be the diagnosis. I really just need to hear from other people with this condition. It's a great comfort to me to know I'm not alone in this curious situation. :]

Ironically, I have a few dates that I also won't ever forget. July 4, 1993... the pain was insane for me. My worst IC day ever...and, thankfully, I haven't had a day like that in 15 years. And July 12, 1993... my birthday... the first day I started my first treatment for IC at UCSF. ::::sigh:::: Sending hugs your way! - Jill

Thank you so much for these vids. I'm only 26 and have suffered with IC since December 24, 2005. How could I ever forget that date?! It was the first time the pain hit me and I noticed something was terribly wrong. I wasn't fully diagnosed until November 2006. I saw the exercise DVD and am sooo excited to see that it's offered. I plan to order it immediately. I've been looking for exercises that I can do that don't cause pain for years. So good to know there is something out there for women who suffer from IC and other abdominal pain.
