kristin....remember your 'boundary lines'. what other people say or do belongs to them you don't own it, they own their own behaviours, wants, needs, excesses, etc. you detach from it all, don't take it on board. keep your boundaries rigid. do frequen 'reality checks' whats happened in the past, or thoughts about the past don't pertain to today. deal with just today, not yesterday or tomorrow. keep hope alive even in tiny things. do something for yourself every day, even little things.
