Writer, Director, producer, TV personality Nathan Araya was the first American born in his family to graduate with a college degree. Growing up with a single mother from Africa who came searching for education and opportunity, Nathan Araya overcame all odds that were against him to be successful. As a communications major Nathan Araya successfully ended his college career with a place on the deans list, 2008 Communications Student of the Year, and for 3 consecutive years wrote/directed/hosted his own entertainment event that became the biggest attended event on his campus.

May 2006, Nathan Araya was given an opportunity to have his own segment of a show called, Kickin it with Nate that aired on the WB network. This brought out many qualities in Nate that made him who he is today. It taught him how to improv on the spot, write/format shows, and interview everyday people on the street. Many of the producers were stunned at how natural hosting came for him.
In August 2006, Nathan Araya got inspired by the movie, Black Gold, to make a difference in Ethiopia. The movie spoke about Ethiopian coffee farmers who got cheated out of money from selling their own coffee. This visual educated Nathan about the current state of poverty in Ethiopia and it enlightened him to make a difference. So, then Project P.I.E, a raising awareness organization, was birthed and created to live for organizations that need help raising awareness about what they are doing in Ethiopia. So, far Project P.I.E has teamed up with a sister organization called Kelebachin and together they have organized 3 yearly growing, consecutive, successful events that sold out, and overflowed with people peeking in to see what was going on.
In the same year Nathan Araya hosted his 1st Music entertainment countdown show on a Nationally known television network, TBN. He blew away the audiences with his high energy, confidence, and charisma.

In 2007, Nathan got inspired to try out for ME TVs Who wants to be a Veejay Competion in Austin, TX. This show was designed in an American Idol format for Veejays. The competition included over 500 talent individuals, and Nathan accomplished to be in the top Super 7 hottest Veejays in Austin, TX.

In 2008, Nathan graduated from Concordia University at Austin, that included him studying 6 months at a Graduate school in London, earning Communications Student of the Year his senior year, and already hosted on 3 major television networks, MTV, METV, and the WB network.
After graduation, Nathan accepted a Public Relations Youth Director position at Salem Lutheran Church. He became in charge for writing/directing/hosting a community outreach event once every month that provided entertainment, education, and enlightenment on how to live a life above the influence. This show was called Coffee House and it was a show he has directed since he was a sophomore in college. This show entailed script writing, directing, hosting, organizing a live band, recruiting a stage/lighting/sound crew, and signing up many different types of talented artists in different cities. Nathan also picked up video editing in college, and mastered it in his profession.
