I seriously doubt you could go to jail - I mean, it's not like youtube know who you are.

Worst case scenario: They delete your account permanently.

Loads of people get their channels closed for copyright infringement, and that can't be fun, but it's not as bad as jail.

It's not like you are selling pirate DVDs to people in some pub, you're not making money out of this, so I really wouldn't worry about going to jail for uploading these videos.
