EmbeddedAR is a software platform that support AR on low level embedded system (used in automotive, avionics, home automation, household appliances, medical devices, etc).
Our platform delivers augmented reality tracking and registration on the Texas Instruments Beagle Board platform. 3D virtual content can be registered on fiducial markers and provide real time augmented reality.
An optimized and stripped version of ARToolKit library has been ported on the Beagle Board after a specific configuration of the board (alteration of the operating system). 3D rendering has been integrated with the software and support OpenGL ES 2.0.

Android AR project aims to the development of a mobile AR platform on Android-based cell phone. The platform supports in-situ 3D geolocated visualization and content streaming from a remote server.
In contrast to similar projects, our initial focus has been primarily on the quality of the 3D rendering engine and to propose a platform dedicated to industries, museums, government institutions or artists rather than general end-users. The platform can be used for urban planning, architecture, tourism, artistic installation, etc.

Augmented ID is a TAT concept that visualizes the digital identities of people you meet in real life. With a mobile device and face recognition software from Polar Rose, Augmented ID enables you to discover selected information about people around you. All users control their own augmented appearance, by selecting the content and social network links they want show to others. Modifying your augmented ID is easier than fixing your hair in real life and, of course, TAT Cascades will make sure you look great!

Augmented reality is becoming increasingly more popular. In the Grass Roots creative team we have been busy with some proof of concepts and keep getting asked to demo them. It started with us showing it around our office and now people are asking to see it remotely - hence this slightly shaky video demo! http://www.grassroots.uk.com/Competen..., http://www.touching-lives.co.ukless
