hmm a question.. .dark chocolate is good for your skin but can eating to much of it cause outbreaks just need to make sure? And also about doing sports.. . they say its good for you cause it opens the pores but can to much of it show negative effects and also should i wash my face with half warm water to remove the bacteria that came out..thanks for your time : )

soymilkduh- the pigments WILL go away with time. I have a video in my new "10 free videos" area that talks about pigmentation.

Hi Fran, i've had an sort of antibiotic creme that cleared my acne completly! But my father (doctor) must make it with some things and one of those things doesn't exist anymore. Now i want it back and ask him to go to different countries and stuff. But could it be that the creme caused break outs after a long time? Because now i have acne again. And why?
