Hey Fran ;) I have acne for 5 years now. Its very hard to deal with. Many people dont realize that acne is an INTERNAL problem. I am glad that you are teaching acne sufferers that it is an internal problem. But I had a question. What is the best Multivitamin Brands or what is the best vitamins to take to clear out my system?

hi im a youg teen actually 12 n right now i hav almost evryday just a couple frm 3-4 pimples on my face it isnt bazarr acne but im afraid that that might be what it becomes later in my teen years im afraid of having serious acne n what people think and i see people my age n older with perfect skin and it depresses me becuz i @ the age of 12 already hav mild acne what im really asking is if this is jst a stage or if its the beggining of coming acne plz right back -meredith
