My first PSA creation. I've fooled around a lot with the program before, but then I decided to get serious (lol). DOWNLOAD IS BELOW!
Anyways, what is PSA, you may be wondering? Project Smash Attacks (PSA) is a moveset mod tool created by SSBB's truly greatest hacker, Phantom Wings. You simply take the original pac file (not for textures, read about that on your own), and you can edit it. But it's not that easy. Then, when completed, you will have your full PAC file, ready to be used.

But how do you use it? You just need the dynamic SD loader code, also created by Phantom Wings. Then you put the file in the Pikachu folder, like a texture, and rename it FitPikachu.pac (no numbers). Then you just boot up the homebrew channel, run Gecko 1.9.x, and your good to go. Then you can enjoy!

Now for some info, actually about Static Pikachu.

Changelist:
Utilt is now U - smash. Same hitboxes.
Uair is now Utilt. Once again, same hitboxes.
F smash is now dash attack, more BKB and same KBG. More hitstun, and an electric effect.
U smash charge is now up taunt, more BKB and same KBG.More hitstun, and an electric effect.
N_B is the same, but with Uair animation.
Final smash is... just plain awesome.
D smash charge is now U smash charge, hit is Nair.
Jab is slower, 5%, no "repeat", and 50% trip rate
D_B is Slam, 13% hit, hits opponents into ground, powerful spike in air
Dair is powerful spike
F tilt is d tilt animation, more BKB and KBG, electric hit
d tilt is N_B animation, 7% hit, outside hitbox has 50% trip rate, does 5%


Planned changes to come:
AAA jab, instead of infinite (Need help)
New taunts.
