Help News Network is Fulfilling the Human Need to Help.
Help News Network aims to be an open-source news blog focused not just on inspiring people to help, but showing them how they can help. All based on the simple premise that people want to help, but often don't know where to start. Another very important goal of this blog (as an offshoot of the macarism project) is to recognize those people and organizations who have helped. Often recognition is not a motivator for those who have helped, but in order to do more good work, it can be useful to the helper to be able to show documented evidence of past efforts.
