We have investigated the Calvary Cemetery in Mankato, Minnesota a dozen of times. Weird thing is that every time we get within 20 feet of the light, it turns off. Once we walk out of the gates, a light on a lamp post turns back on. Every single time. No exceptions at all.

We have tested many ways to try to cheat this light to stay on including timing the cycle of the light, distance we are from the light, and the speed of the team exiting. The light turns off once we get within 20 feet of it.

But sure enough, every time the last member of our crew walks out past the brick gate where the lamp post is, the light turns back on.

No high EMF, no timed schedule, just a plain oddity.

This is our video from an investigation there to showcase the light turning off. It is the light on the left. During this video you will notice that the light on the left will grow brighter and brighter as we walk towards it, once we get within 20 feet of it, it just turns off. Once we get everyone out of the cemetery and onto the street, it turns back on.

In this video, you will notice that the left light grows much brighter than its counterpart. I assume that the lights are equal in bulb strength and current but why does the left one grow so much brighter as we walk towards it? Why is this the same bulb that we have strange run ins with in the past? Why is it that when we are out in the car and watching this bulb nothing happens until we are on the other side of the gate?
