lay off the negatives about eating chocolate. there's nothing wrong with eating dark chocolate that has a high cacao percentage - everything in moderation. as long as a person balances sleep, diet and exercise then a little indulgence every now and then i.e. wine, chocolate even a burger now and again will not be harmful. it's when a person incorporates unhealthy items into their everyday life for years without exercise is where real damage can be done.
