I saw "Sunshine Ahead" a couple of years ago. Jack Payne appears towards the end and plays three numbers, two of which he recorded. In the film, Jack sings part of the chorus and dancer Phil Trix is featured. (He can be seen on You Tube in the excellent Tiger Rag).
Played with absolute conviction and verve.
The photographs are stills from the film. A vintage agent's scrap book is also featured.
