yo whats good? nice bike... i'm not 100% sure, but the vid with the lambo looked like it was taken in jersey... if so, could you help me out a bit

i want to get my motorcycle license but i don't know what i'm supposed to do... what am i supposed to do first? do i go to the DMV with my 6pt ID and 5 bucks to get the permit?
