I would suggest getting more dragons with effects rather than normal type monsters. Some good level three star dragons are masked dragon, exploder dragon, and twin headed behemoth. Masked dragon let's your bring out 1500 less attack monster from your deck to the field when it's destroyed by battle. Exploder dragon automatically kills anything that attacks it or when it attacks a monster and there is no battle damage to either opponent. Twin headed behemoth comes back at your end phase if it dies; it comes back 1000 attack and defense; good for a tribute for a higher level monster. I hope this helps you. =)
