The “This Contest Blows” Contest is a search to find the most Smulean Ocarina videos on YouTube. It has been extended for the sake of creating more wonderful Smulean content.

HOW TO ENTER
1. Make your video featuring the Ocarina in a Smulean way.
2. Post it as a video response to the Mule’s Official “This Contest Blows” video (link to video) OR post it here on this group!
3. Then go to the contest website ( http://www.smule.com/contest/ ) to enter and agree to the rules of the contest.
STAY UPDATED
Tune in to weekly live broadcasts with The Mule ( http://www.ustream.tv/channel/smule ) every Monday at 7pm PST Starting Dec 15th to stay updated on the Progress of the Contest as well as ask questions about all things Smulean. (you can see The Mule's blog at http://themulewashere.blogspot.com )
CONTEST DEADLINE
The New contest deadline is 11:59pm Pacific Time on February 16, 2009. Winners will be announced on the 16th during the final live broadcast of the contest
HOW WINNERS WILL BE DECIDED
Winners will be determined by a Smulean algorithm, combining number of ratings, average number of stars, and total number of views on YouTube. Smule will also be appointing a panel of judges to oversee the contest and they will have the ultimate decisive authority if needed.
