I'm assuming that multiple comments by the same user do not count as more than one comment, right?
ScholarPoint: You are correct. Our rules state, "Only one Comment per natural person...". After this round, our panel of judges will also be reviewing all comments received to look for any duplicates or obvious attempts to increase the number of comments through the creation of mulitple accounts by the same user.
