Save Family Foundation (Regd) is a strong team of dedicated families comprising of some of them are victims of "misuse of 498a, DV Act including NRIs, Senior citizens, Mothers, Sisters, Brothers, brother-in-law, Sister-in-law and child even 3 years old, who campaign and create awareness about gross injustice and abuse that happen in Indian Legal system and Comitted to Fight against all other Gander Biased LAW, which encourage to promote a "Fatherless Society" by LAW Makers of India.
We want a better Society for our Future Child !!!
Gendar Biased LAW should immediately to be made crime based instead of any assumption that all women never lie and all the men born as Criminal. "MEN/WOMEN" word to be replaced by word "PERSON" and word wife/husabnd to be replaced with the word "SPOUSE"
We specifically fight for rights along with MyNation:
1) Stop Sufferings of old and sick people. Especially when Indian Legal system arrest and sent them to jail (without any investigation) just because they received a simple complaint from their daughter-in-law under IPC 498A and DV Act. We want this law only for daughter-in-law section 498a to be maid bailable immediately to stop the "Legal Terrorism of India" as described by Supreme Court of India.
2) Stop Women-Organization-like NGOs pressurizing men to disown parents and live as per his wife's wishes.
3)Stop Large scale Techie-NRI bashing by NGOs and by Media without considering their great contribution to making India a global power.
4) High light Draconian laws (IPC 498A and DV act) which are mainly to help oppressed women in our society are in fact abused by mass dishonest, vindictive daughter-in-laws to victimise innocent mothers and sisters (who are women as well).Are a Husabnd's Mother and Sister not a Women?
5) Stop Daughter-in-laws mentally and physically harassing even weak, old, sick in-laws by not providing them with proper food and healthcare, and taking advantage of legal provision (through IPC 498A and DV act) and Administrative machinery to harass them further.
6) We fight against those feminist NGOs who support vindictive in-laws. These NGOs help in outright-jailing of even old and sick innocent people (including women) in the name of "Women's right" because they carry no humanity. 498a and DV Act.
