Want to share your techno version of Everybody Hurts? Have Losing My Religion as your ringtone? Want to see all your favorite R.E.M. songs brought to life at one huge tribute event, and then stick around for the after-party with some other very special VIP guests? For the ultimate R.E.M. fan who has spent years mastering Man On The Moon, this is your moment. Upload your video of you playing an R.E.M. cover and the artist whose entry we decide is most creative and entertaining will win two VIP tickets to the R.E.M. tribute concert at Carnegie Hall (www.remtribute.com) on March 11th, 2009 in New York City, and then party it up at the VIP after-party at City Winery in Soho (www.citywinery.com).
*Does not include transportation.
*All videos must be submitted by 3.5.09 at 10 p.m.
*Must be 18 years of age or older to submit to contest.
*Winner gets two tickets to the Music Of R.E.M. Tribute concert at Carnegie Hall on March 11th as well as the artist after-party at City Winery featuring cuisine inspired by Mario Batali.
