italovalerio: _ Tenha em mente que essa câmera não possui saída fireware, e quem pensa que é fácil "arrastar e soltar" os arquivos pra edição direta pode estar bem enganado. A compressão é pesada demais e nem assistir no PC é possível. _ Para isso voce precisa montar uma máquina dedicada a AVCHD.

High Quality in Youtube
italovalerio: _ After many experiences to upload and many tests with conversions, so, now, youtube can play high quality what we made. _ The user need go to Account set, the Video Playback Quality and set to: "I have a fast connection. Always..." _ Today it´s not automatic in many cases, you need add "&fmt=18" to end of url to power on this feature. _ The advantage is witch the duration not show with error and quality is really better, but not really HD resolution.

Sempre..." _ Hoje não funciona em muitos casos, voce precisa adicionar no final do endereço "&fmt=18" e apertar a tecla ENTER ou clicar em ">ir" _ A qualidade é realmente melhor, mas não HD real.

How to get high quality videos on YouTube?
remicornelissen: Hi. I wish I knew how to add HIGH quality videos to YouTube. I don't know which bitrate to use, and which file extension (.avi, .mpg, .mpg-2- etc.). Which bitrate would you use? I'm using the HDR-HC5E, and this is my only video recorded with this camera on YouTube at the moment: [video] .
remicornelissen: The quality is bad for a HDV-camera I think, but maybe it's the videofx i've added (read my comment on the video), and of course the file compression. I've Sony Vegas Pro 8.0, and a few other programs to edit and render videos, so ;-). What to do?! And do you have any other tips about filming i.e. nature? I like the HDV nature videos in our group, and I would like to make one by myself, so... Thanks! Remi.
