This movie was made as the final project in DVFX 2009, a class taught at Georgia Tech by Prof. Frank Dellaert in Fall 2009. The stated goal of the project was to make an advertisement for GT research, making creative use of digital video special effects as provided by tools like Maya, Shake, etc. Some of the videos were made with knowledge and/or assistance of the labs that they call out, but this is not true for all videos. In addition, some videos imagine a future made possible by research rather than portraying actual research projects at Georgia Tech.
