Thank you again to everyone who participated!

Win $5,000 and a trip to DC! Deadline has been extended to October 21! Read all about it, including the official rules and the contest entry form, at: http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/cookieco...
Most people know cookies as a treat best enjoyed with milk. When it comes to web cookies, however, many users want to know more:
What is a cookie? How do cookies work? How can cookies be used? How is the data from cookies used with data collected in other ways, including from third parties? How can cookies be misused? What options does a user have to manage cookies and their use?
We want them to know more too, and we don't think they'll learn it from disclosure statements in 8-point type or IN ALL-CAPS. We want to foster easy-to-understand explanations and critical discussion.
This is where you come in. We are looking for short YouTube videos (submission guidelines below) that address these questions as accurately and as creatively as possible. The top five submissions, as determined by an independent reviewer, will earn their creators a trip to Washington, D.C., where their videos will be aired and discussed at the United States Federal Trade Commission's November 2 Town Hall workshop entitled "Ehavioral Advertising: Tracking, Targeting, and Technology." One lucky contestant will have his/her video selected by the panelists to win $5,000!
Submission guidelines:
Only U.S. residents 18 years of age or older may enter.
Entering the contest requires two steps:
First, fill out and submit the form located at http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/cookieco...
Second, upload your video to the CookieCrumble group on YouTube. (It will not appear until it has been reviewed by the moderator.)
Videos should be no longer than two minutes.
Spoken or written content should be predominantly in English.
Content and images should be appropriate for a general audience.
Submissions must not violate U.S. or international copyright laws (i.e., please submit original content).
The Berkman Center reserves the right to reject or remove submissions that are not in accordance with these guidelines and/or the contest's official rules. (See rules at http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/cookieco...
