After five years of distrusting the WCB system;
I finally found the proof that showed how right I was in fearing the very system that I thought was designed to protect me. Canadians, need to know what is really going on.
In order to understand the meaning of "Insurance fraud" we must first examine the definitions of both words;
Insurance, and the word Fraud.

the legal Immunity needed for racketeering and
the use of deception for unlawful gain.
Insurance Fraud is promoting compensation; yet, denying it!
Imagine my disbelief when I discovered that the
poor disabled worker has to legally fight
the WCB
(WCB, WSIB, WorksafeBC, WHSCC, WCHSB CSST);
the Office of Workers Adviser (OWA);
the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT);
the Office of the Employer Adviser (OEA);
which are all funded by the EMPLOYER?
I believe that
(WCB, WSIB, WorksafeBC, WHSCC, WCHSB CSST, OWA, WSIAT, OEA)
all have "profits that are inversely proportional"
either directly, or indirectly to the lifelong welfare
of the disabled worker.
When a employer causes harm by their actions
or inactions the disabled worker feels victimized once;
When WCB causes more harm by their actions or inactions the disabled worker feels victimized twice;
Both the EMPLOYER, and WCB have the money
and the power to legally force the disabled worker
into a life of poverty.
I believe that WCB should be charged for cruelty to humans?
