Welcome to the Hot Chef Grilling Challenge for NRA Show 2009!
Master the grill and get in on the action of NRA Show 2009. So grill it, smoke it, sear it, scorch it or whatever you do to prepare culinary masterpieces with a barbeque theme.
Interested chefs and cooks should submit an original video demonstrating preparation of a grilling recipe by April 24, 2009. Videos should be no longer than 2 minutes and must include at least one item from the National Restaurant Association's "What's Hot in 2009" chef survey, which can be found at http://www.restaurant.org/show
The winning chef/cook will receive a 45-minute showcase in the Culinary Scene at NRA Show 2009, May 19 in Chicago, plus a 3-day/2 night trip to Chicago including a single/double occupancy hotel room for 2 nights and one round-trip coach airline ticket.
