Coming up! On December 1st: a wedding! Somewhere in December during "christmas break" there will be a huge 'dance video' recruitment.
PrincessZakuraa: i'll be needing a lot of commitment. I'm letting you guys know ahead of time so that there's a lot of time to get prepared and ready for this. We'll be using "Great Temple of Balthazar" ~Traditional "Japanese" district 1. If not that, we'll use an almost near empty international district. This is still up in the air, but help is needed! oggycheese: Yo, I thought I would create a thread where people can post their tips trick and tutorials, which is why I called it thus. I shall be posting some thing on here shortly, but don't leave it all to me! Save the world, spread the love, post a tutorial.

MAKING YOUR CHAR WALK IN GW: 1) WALK BACKWARDS then reverse the film: benefits are u can walk as much as you like, in town or out and don't need a skill. 2) USE DOLYAK SIGNET: War skill that is great if it's your main prof to max the strength otherwise u have 8 seconds vs 20 (walk 75% slower). 3) ARMOR OF EARTH: Ele skill with same idea but beware the initial aura might distract from what you intend to film. Last 30 secs (walk 50% slower) don't up the attrib or u become faster ;)

Music to avoid
Calaval: Don't use any music by Arctic Monkeys, the Prodigy, Van Morrison, Bryan Adams and the White Stripes for your fan made videos, these artists employ Web Sheriff who have the "power" to take down your videos on Youtube. The usual fair use copyright dispute won't work, the video and audio is made unavailable.

WARNER MUSIC GROUP HAS DECIDED TO RETURN TO YOUTUBE!
RocDisjoint: Well it is official Warner Music Group have decided (after losing millions in sales) to return to youtube. It was also noted that the company now recognizes that Audio plus Video is a tremedous marketing tool for music. In addition music sales directly off youtube video ad links has generated a tremendous and unquestionable amount of sales for the other music companies and WMG have now discovered the err of their ways. This reopens the door for the AMV genre WOOHOO!

About the New Group Format
RocDisjoint: Ok I have found out that currently there is no way to change the settings. And submitting videos for approval is not possible. For now you can send them to me but I expect them to fix the groups quickly because right now no one can even post or reply so bigger, older groups than ours are really blowing there fuses. Hang in there!
