Calling all North Carolinians! What is it about our state that embodies the ideals of our Founding Fathers? What is it about our state that demonstrates liberty and justice for all? What is it about North Carolina that shows how far our nation has come, and serves as a catalyst for where our nation needs to go?
The North Carolina Bar Association and the Law Related Education Advisory Committee want YOU to participate in the North Carolina Bar Association's 2009-2010 YouTube Competition, North Carolina: A Catalyst for a More Perfect Union, by submitting a video that creatively shares your ideas about how our State can and has served as a catalyst for our Nation in its constant striving for a more perfect union that provides liberty and justice for all. Tell us: what is it about North Carolina that stands out from the crowd? We want to hear from YOU, the future of our great State and Nation, about our State's contribution toward achievement of the Nation's goal of forming a more perfect union.
Video submissions should be between 3 and 5 minutes in length and uploaded by February 26, 2010. Participants may be individuals or groups of no more than four students. Be creative! Prizes and hotel accomodations will be awarded at the 5th grade, middle school, and high school levels at award ceremony in Cary on March 12, 2010.
