Pete, thanks for you tut on knife making. My mate and I couldnt believe how simple it was to make. The main thing that stopped us from doing it in the past was the lack of a forge. We will hopefully now be able to give it a go.

just to let you know your vids are great , was wondering why you decided to mitre only one side of knife blade (do you get a better/sharper edge). I'm a welding & fabrications supervisor with 22 years exp and have recently made a few knifes myself when i get spare time at work and found your vids a big help... regards
