ay man, i was readin sum stuff you're posted here and on the commodore site and you seem to know your shit about the old series 1 VN motor. I got a 5 speed one and its had a hard life so im pulling motor, box out for rebuild. With that formula Holden memcal thing, would like to know bit more, can you msg me. Cheers mate

loving the vids.. following also on J.C forum.. just inherited me dads 5l VQ... had too many mates get in accidents and shit so taking it easy.. i see on some of your vids.. eg ur vp vs vq rat's vn.. is that just stock>>>? i have thought about taking the vq to the track but is it worth it? i dunno if it could hold its own..
