Febriloco, see my 1996 Fitness America Pageant promo. She is in there. I don't have anything else of hers, I was too young. I've never seen Carol Semple on TV but she always looked great in print.

Krisztina was 4th in 1999 (fitness universe pagaent) when Erika was 3rd. Her starting position is better than Erika's. I would like to see what the rest of her routine looked like! Check out 'Very flexible position duo compilation' on youtube and watch from 1:42. The rest is ok too.
