To submit follow these five simple steps:

1. Create a YouTube account.

2. Click the yellow upload drop box in the top right corner and select video file.

3. Upload video. Click the Embed and Sharing Options Link and copy the URL address for your video.

4. Come back to our channel
(http://www.youtube.com/user/G overnmentStar)
and send us a message so we know that you've uploaded your video.

5. Check back to the Microsoft channel to see if your video has been selected.

If you don't have a handheld video camera, use YouTube Quick Capture to record using your webcam. Webcam users, Follow these instructions:

1. Create a YouTube account.

2. Click the yellow upload drop box in the top right corner and select quick capture.

3. Record your video. Click the Publish Button.

4. Come back to our channel http://www.youtube.com/user... and send us a message so we know that you've uploaded your video.

5. Check back to the Microsoft channel to see if you video has been selected.
