STEVEN WELLS or SWELLS as he was better known, has died from cancer. He was an inspiration to many as a writer, and to me personally as the other half of GOBTV. He will be massively missed.


Started making vids in the mid eighties. The first effort was the Fuzzbox "Rules and Regulations" promo. I've made about 80 since for all sorts: Wildhearts, Echobelly, Transglobal Underground, Ash, Sleeper, Skunk Anansie, Go Betweens, St. Etienne, Manics, PWEI, Primitive Radio Gods, Patty Griffin, Imperial Drag, Paul Van Dyk and many more. In the mid nineties I teamed up with NME writer Steven Wells, and GOBTV was born with the slogan "If it ain't broken, break it". Mostly work in TV now, but occassionally make music videos if I like a band, or someone asks. It has to be a fun project.
