The build requires that you have the latest xcode, macports, nvidia cg toolkit, SDL and some other dependencies.

and the other dependencies may be installed by opening up terminal and entering
"sudo port install libao cairo wxwidgets glew"
without quotes.

Something I'd like to add since snow leopard came out. The new drivers for nvidia cards that come in snow leopard give a significant speed boost in dolphin even making it playable. (less info)
