This is the second prayer the Angel taught the children of Fatima - Lucia, Francisco, Jacinta in 1916.
Santissima Trinità, Padre, Figlio e Spirito Santo, Vi adoro profondamente, e Vi offro il Corpo, il Sangue, l'Anima e la Divinità di Gesù Cristo, presente in tutti i tabernacoli del mondo, in riparazione degli oltraggi, dei sacrilegi e delle indifferenze con le quali Egli è offeso; e per i meriti infiniti del Sacro Cuore di Gesù e del Cuore Immacolato di Maria, domando la conversione dei poveri peccatori.
O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifferences by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary I beg the conversion of poor sinners.
