We are all about making the best gelato in the world. We only use 100% natural products. Our gelato does not contain artificial preservatives, gelatine, trans or hydrogenated fats. The fat content varies between zero and 8% and it comes from dairy and natural nuts. We prefer using organic fresh fruit when avaialable. Our sorbet are vegan and fat free.
